2. Accepting the terms and conditions is optional and not required to install or embed the player UNLESS you wish to take part in the competition. In which case acceptance of the terms and conditions is mandatory
3. Competitions are only open to residents of the UK
4. Fortnightly competitions are run from 9am, Monday 5th October 2009. Counters will be reset at the close of each fortnightly competition. The schedule of the competitions is as follows:
• Competition one: 5th October 2009 (9am) to 16th October 2009 (5pm)
• Competition two: 16th October 2009 (5pm) to 30th October 2009 (5pm)
• Competition three: 30th October 2009 (5pm) to 13th November 2009 (5pm)
• Competition four: 13th November 2009 (5pm) to 27th November 2009 (5pm)
5. Entries received after each individual competition close of entry (as per the competition schedule detailed in point 4) are not valid
6. Prizes:
1. a. Ticket winners and their plus ones will be added to the guest list to gain free entry to the UK B-Boy Championship finals at Brixton Academy on 11th October 2009. Travel, accommodation and expenses are not included. Winner(s) will be notified before 5pm on Friday 9th October
2. b. Fortnightly prizes will be announced at close of entry (as per the competition schedule detailed in point 4)
7. Your contact information, the location of player embed/install and video view count may be collected. For more information on how your data may be used please refer to our 'Privacy statement'.
8. Competitions are time sensitive to prevent tie-break situations
9. Promoters and competition organisers are not held responsible for inaccurate entry information. Please ensure you enter your contact details accurately
10. Winners will be notified by email and will have a two week period to respond and claim their prize(s). After which the promoter reserves the right to select another winner. The Promoter will not be held responsible for non delivery of winner email notification
11. No cash or other prize alternatives are available, and the Promoters reserve the right to substitute them for one of an equal or greater value in the event of circumstances outside of their control
12. Winners may be required to participate in publicity
13. The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
14. We hold no responsibility for unforeseen technical issues that may lead to problems with competition procedures
15. Any use of the Sony Ericsson B-Boy player deemed by the Promoter to be improper or classed as 'cheating' will result in disqualification
